IF YOU’VE NEVER WORKED WITH A BROKER BEFORE, WE DO THINGS A LITTLE DIFFERENTLY! HERE ARE THE BENEFITS TO YOU:

— No long-term contract – you can cancel at any time.

— We only receive our commission when we find a buyer and complete the sale of your boat! There are no other costs or marketing fees at all.

— A colorful and detailed listing of your boat will be featured on www.POPYachts.com  and over 160 other websites around the world, including Boat Trader, Boats.com, iBoats.com, OceanList.com, Yacht Trader, eBay, etc. as well as Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist.

— Your boat will be assigned to a local sales representative (on Oahu, it will be me) who will come out to view your boat, take up to 200 photos and a video and compile all specs and information. They will be with you throughout the entire sale process, including showings, water trial and inspections. You can also contact them anytime with any questions you may have.

— We will only bring you qualified buyers. The water trial, survey and/or mechanical inspection only take place after you have accepted and signed an offer and a 10% deposit from the buyer is in our escrow account.

— Our professional closing department handles all aspects of the final sale, including scheduling inspections, title check, documentation transfer and overseeing all financial transactions through our secure escrow account. Funds will be wired to your account on the day of close so there is absolutely no risk of fraud.

— All paperwork and financial transactions are done electronically, from the listing contract to offers to addendums (contract changes) to wire transfers.

— You can still sell your boat yourself to anyone who was not found through POP’s marketing efforts.

We charge the industry standard 10% commission for all of our services – or a flat $2,750 for boats under $27,500. This means we work just as hard for less expensive priced boats as we do for the more expensive ones.

You owe us absolutely nothing until we bring you a buyer and close the sale of your boat.
